What is a scope creep?
It is a aggregation of small changes which leads to a major change impacting the cost & schedule to the surprise of the team. I would call it a silent killer as generally scope creep keeps its presence unnoticed until the havoc happens. So, project managers need to make sure that even a minor change gets approved and budget/schedule gets adjusted prior to the implementation of the change for effective project management.
